I have to let you know that the father of Tom Jardim, Edward A. Jardim, a much loved and respected man, passed away on July 15, 2017.  The obituary in TAPinto Westfield provides the information about paying respects on Thursday and the funeral on Friday.

I know the entire Westfield Democratic community extends its condolences to Tom and his immediate and extended family.

The Westfield Democratic Committee held its first fundraiser of the 2017 campaign, attracting more than 150 party stalwarts who came to show their support for the candidates running for Westfield mayor and council.

Democratic gubernatorial candidate Phil Murphy, who is vying for the nomination in the June 6 primary, attended the event along with former Gov. Richard Codey.
