Tuesday, June 6 is Primary Day. The polls are open from 6 AM to 8 PM.
I urge you to vote. This is your first opportunity since the November 2016 election to show you are involved! Plan your schedule for the day and select the time you are going to the polls. Be sure you know your voting district and where your polling place is. Check out our resources to help you find out this information.
Our local candidates need your votes to get on the November General Election ballot. Even though they are not opposed, they need to be voted onto the ballot. That's how the system works.
So do go to the polls to vote to make Michelle Brindle the nominee for Mayor, and Linda Habgood, Michael Dardia, David Contract, and Dawn Mackey, the Town Council nominees for Wards 1, 2, 3, and 4, respectively.
